It's all about balance...

Good evening beauts. I had meant to write this post yesterday but honestly, by the time I had sat down at night time I tuned into my body and it was screaming at me to relax and put my own needs first. So that's exactly what I did. Today I bring you a post about balance. For those of you who follow me on Instagram, know that yesterday I was talking about needing balance in all areas of our lives.

First of all, lets take a quote from Johan Huizinga.

This is something I have struggled with since finding spirituality. I grew up with no money worries and when I fell pregnant with Summer at a young age I found myself with nothing. Now I am somewhere in a comfortable range on the money side of things, I find myself more and more not having the need of material things as much, or at least only buying what we really need rather then buying for the sake of buying because something was on sale or just because it looked nice on the shelf. I sometimes have to remind myself that I am here to have a human experience too and that it's perfectly Ok to enjoy materialistic things as long as they truly make me happy within. For me personally, spending money on purchases that will create lasting memories with my family and friends are priceless and I will happily snap my purse out.

Money has a bad reputation within our society, it has been abused by people we have put our trust in all over the world to be for the people. Instead we have been kept in a low vibrational struggle, so that we couldn't reach our potential or realise just how amazing we truly are. What people don't realise is that money is a tool, and used correctly we can create a new reality, new business's, new ways of living.

To balance out the materialistic need in this life, we need to spend time connecting to spirituality, connecting to our soul, our true self. Going within ourselves and looking at why we think like we do, why we act certain ways, how we can heal ourselves and our behaviours, is a daily task that never ends. It is making a commitment to ourselves to be our own best friend, to love our self fully in each moment no matter where we are at, and to show ourselves and others even more love when we are struggling because that is when we need it most. Spirituality is uncovering layers of rubbish that we have gained over years in this lifetime, ancestral karma and stuff from past lives.

Balance can show up in many forms in our lives, but when you take time each day to look at your mind, body, spirit and emotional self and see where needs that little bit more attention, you can constantly work on yourself and your flow in life. It can be a bit over whelming to spend so much time being mindful to your body and thoughts, but if you take that time to do so, it can truly help you change your life for the better.

Balance = Harmony

Balance = Clear Flow
