Ebb and Flow of life..

Good morning beauts! I was writing this blog, got halfway through when I started having so many messages coming through to me. It was so off putting that I decided to take a moment, upload some messages onto Instagram stories and then come back to writing, which resulted in me deleting that blog post and writing this one instead. It seemed more fitting with today.

I'm sure we can all relate to the ebb and flow of life. Some days we are completely inspired, feel on top of the world like we can accomplish everything we set our mind to and more. Other days we barely make it through the day, we get the basics done but we then take it upon ourselves to feel guilty for doing so!

I can personally relate to this. Just yesterday I woke up with the intention to write an amazing blog, work on my book, clean the house and be an awesome mum. What really happened was we ended up rushing to get to school on time for Summer to get to Spanish club on time, I got home and sat at my laptop hoping something would come through for me to write and nada, absolutely nothing happened! I decided to do a bit of cleaning ( because that actually helps me clear my mind and relax), again nothing! Tried to work on my book, still nothing. I felt guilty for the first time in a while. Recently I had been getting up feeling inspired every morning and was sailing through life.

I then realised my body and my mind were telling me to take a day for myself, to relax or get whatever else needed doing done. Immediately the guilt lifted and I got on with my day. Sometimes we need to take that time to look after us, or take care of the basic needs in the day, and that is perfectly OK! Trying to force yourself into something that doesn't feel right to you isn't good for your mind, your body or your health! Don't feel bad for these days either, they are perfectly normal and very much needed even by those who seem to work non stop.

Today, I am inspired. I am feeding into my creativity with positive intention and knowing that my efforts will manifest into the amazing reality I am creating everyday. Tomorrow I may need a day off, and that's OK. Tune into your body in each moment and listen to what it is telling you, by allowing the energy to flow more freely within you will feel the benefits in your mind, body and soul.  Don't fight how you feel with what you think you should be doing and don't be so hard on yourself beauts we are humans too.
