Listening to our own advice...

I give out the most amazing advice and share my wisdom so easily without a second thought.. so why can't i listen to my own advice without having to have serious talks with myself?? 

This will be a short blog post, but it's deffinately something to sit and think about! 

Our own inner wisdom that comes from lifetimes of experience is so so precious yet we struggle to actually take it on board and listen to it and act upon it...

Maybe we should make that change today... maybe we should be the first person to take that advice and run with it... today i will dedicate my efforts to make that change..
